All borrowers go through a credit check and ID check before they rent a car.

At the end of each trip, borrowers and owners can review the experience. You can see these reviews on the car’s profile or member’s profile.
We monitor feedback from owners and borrowers, taking action if behaviour doesn’t comply with our membership agreement.
Payments are processed using bank-level encryption and card details are stored securely by our payment provider, Stripe.
Car safety reporting
Borrowers can report any car safety issues through the app, and we share these details with owners so they can fix any issues.
Car owners are responsible for keeping their cars registered, maintained and roadworthy. Borrowers are responsible for any damage or loss to the car that happens during their trip, with all trips including damage and loss cover.
We verify all borrowers and remove members who don't abide by our Member Agreement. All bookings come with damage and loss cover from Mobility Mutual, and we're on hand to help with any issues.
