Car was left in an extremely dirty condition for pick up. Vehicle also has mechanical problems: steering pulls heavily to the left, transmission is clunky, cruise control does not work etc. The dash of the vehicle is also melting! It is so bad that the dash mat sticks to the dash. Vehicle also has a mold problem which has caused me respiratory problems. If you value your health, do not hire this vehicle! This vehicle should not be on the road, much less being used as a hire vehicle. It's disgraceful that people are being charged money to use this car.

i checked by mechanic just few weeks ago. there is nothing wrong with car. mechanic suspect wheel was bent so I replaced wheels and done wheel alignment. if your comment is all true why did u pick up the car in the beginning and why didn't report at the beginning? you used my car nearly one month and give me negative feedback? I don;t get it. if you this car has big issue shouldn't drive my car. please get brand new rental car naxt time

We had issues accessing another car lockbox and we were given no other option than to use this car. The steering is out of alignment and pulls to the left. The steering wheel shaked a lot while turning too. Cruise control worked sometimes and the wheels make a loud whirling noise when on the highway. However it was good on fuel and had plenty of room for our luggage.
