1) most importantly, on several occasions the van would not start and another time it simply died in the middle of a street causing a traffic hazard. Eventually out of the blue and for no apparent reason it did start, but ultimately these delays caused me to return the van late, for which I expect not to be charged 2) part of the drivers side armrest is missing and the pointy screw jutting out where the padding ought to be, caught my arm and deeply scratched me. hope I don't need a tetanus shot 3) driver's side window inoperable 4) locks intermittently worked then don't work 5) sliding side door never worked
Thanks for your feedback, sorry you were not satisfied. I have forwarded this to Uber to review the motive behind your feedback as you are requesting a refund for the late return... Please note the car was 45$ a day at the time of your rental. This is half as much as other rental companies and vans on uber car share. The car is designed for a affordable moving van in the current living cost crisis. The imperfections with the van were noted on the profile before you booked it. It clearly says 'drivers window, sliding door and central locking' is in the process of getting fixed :) Thank you for letting me know about the armrest and sorry that happened. It must have fallen off on a previous borrower trip. This will get repaired tomorrow. Thanks for letting me know about the car power. A new battery has been installed.
