I noticed the most recent review said the car had some issues so messaged the owner to ask about them. She was super responsive and helpful, and let me know the issues had been resolved. I can confirm there were no issues and the car was great!
some battery issues meant that we were not able to use the car for the whole booking. Everything else was great, car was very clean and good communication with owners.
We had the battery checked and it had no issues. The problem appears to have been with the bluetooth setup for starting the car. An Uber technician fitted a new bluetooth device and reprogrammed the system today. He is confident its all working correctly now.
