I was supposed to pick up the car in Geelong CBD. When I arrived there was no car. I contacted the owner who let me know he hadn't been notified. The car was still in Leopold (12km), and not in clean state. This meant I was going to be late for work. The owner wasn't prepared to clean the car and bring it over. He suggested I rebook. Well, the Uber Car Share app won't let you rebook if you still have a booking pending. No car for me and no car for my client, which is worse, because they had made plans for this morning (I work as an NDIS support worker). Absolutely appalling and useless. This car should be removed from the Uber Car Share database.
