On the last day of our trip we couldn't start the car. The RACQ technician inspected the car and said the battery needed to be replaced. RACQ and I both tried to contact Diego but he was unresponsive. Since RACQ couldn't do anything without the owners approval, we wete helpless. We had to contact Uber Car share and had to drop off the car early. the entire last day of our trip was ruined.
