Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this car. Three times we lost a couple of hours each day where the car would not start. This was a pre-existing issue that should have been fixed prior to us having the vehicle. Initially we were offered a $14 refund which was an absolute joke considering our inconvenience. This was increased to $40 which is still insulting considering the negative experience with this car.
Hey Chris , I acknowledge your frustration with the experience you had. The refund options were purely handled by Uber car share and I can't really offer any further comments on what seems inadequate. As for the car issue itself, the core problem relates to the Uber issued key system and while it was inconvenience and only occurred twice in the last year (self resolving in under 5 minutes), your experience was marred by a persistent occurrence of this. I'm awaiting Uber carshare's technicians to resolve the issue permanently, as I now experience the same frustration using my car. For the rest of the public, My car will be available for booking again once this issue has been resolved and tested by Uber Carshare and myself
