Set up as a removalist van with a trolley tie downs and a rubber floor Matt that's got plenty of grip. Up front it's an Automatic thats very easy to drive and seats 3 with a cargo barrier for added safety.. Its air conditioned with a good sound system.

This is the worst experience you could have imagined. I was relying on this can to move house and it turned my move into a disaster, cost me so much time, and heaps more money fixing the damage this awful van caused! Picked up the van and it had no fuel, so had to immediately go and fill it up… fine, but the next day when I needed to start using it, it struggled to start a few times before finally ticking over. I complete one trip, unload, but when Im ready to go back and pick up a second load, the car won’t start! Thinking it’s the battery, we go buy some jumper leads to jump start and try and continue, however it didn’t work. The worst thing about Uber’s app is their trouble shooting instructs you to contact the owner before contacting them! That is insane! I contact the owner who tells me to call the nrma, I now understand why he said that, but at the time it sounded like he was fobbing me off. The app only says to contact Uber support if you can’t get in contact with the owner. So I contact Uber who arranged for the nrma to come out, they test it and say it’s not the battery, but it’s the starter motor, and basically asks ‘what do you expect for a van that’s don’t 250,000kms?!’ And so the van had to be towed. So from start to finished, I had to wait around for 4 hours, on my moving day, for this garbage van to be taken from me. All the while I had to keep calling Uber and the owner to keep them updated. What do I get in return? A $7 credit. Disgusting. The owner mentioned to me that he’s a mobile mechanic, but apparently it was too hard for him to help. I wonder if as a mobile mechanic, he passes his own road worthiness checks on these cars or if he gets a 3rd party to check for him.
