First time user here…. The van was perfect for moving my daughter’s bedroom furniture to her new share house accommodation. Note I couldn’t find a usb port to charge my phone as I was using maps to guide me but I bought my portal back up charger just in case my phone went flat. The tank was over 3/4 full and I topped it up when I returned it. I only had an issue with someone who had used the van in the past and this person decided to leave dirt/soil in the back of the van which had fallen in the crevices and there was some dried grass clippings in the front of the van which should have been cleaned ready for the next person .. yes I’m a clean freak … I had to lay my good blankets down to protect my daughter’s bed which is a fabric bed so it wouldn’t get dirty. It’s just common courtesy to clean/vacuum the van upon return. Kel is hiring the van out to you and if you have made a mess please respect his terms and return it clean. In saying that I would hire the van again as everything else went smoothly.
