The experience of this trip was my worst experience with Car Next door so far. As regular user i think Its inevitable but let's hope there's more positive experiences than the not so good. This review has no bearing on the mechanics of the car, the owner or to an extend Car next Door. As a user of this service and a member of this community. My experience almost put me off from using this service again. Unfortunately the previous user didn't inform Car Next Door they were returning the car late or needed to extend thier trip. Which meant i was stranded for 1 hour and a half without no car. Car was booked for 10:00am started trip at 11:30am. Even the communication of the location of the car was wrong from Car Next Door when the car was available. Overall however the help desk were extremely patient and helpful with me. So to all users out there, this seems like a positive community and service to be apart of. Lets continue to be considerated of the next user.
