The car would be a nice spacious vehicle, but we experienced several issues. The car was not very clean and there was slightly less than 1/4 of the tank full. We also experienced some issues related to the transponder of key of the car. The second day of our trip the engine was not turning on, so after several attempts and calls we had someone from roadside assistance coming to help us. Luckily we were able to find out that the problem was in the key and everything was easily and completely solved with some tape, but we lost half day communicating with car next door assistance and roadside assistance and we had to give up our short trip plans coming back almost a day before. Again, we think the car is still reliable and a good option, but we were unlucky.
The car has a new brand key and has been cleaned inside and out , Ready for the next road trip !!!
The car drove great, we went down the coast with the family, sound system rocks, everyone had good seat, car is clean and smelt good,will definitely rent again, thanks Angela
The car was in really poor condition in terms of cleanliness and smell. It was also stopped in a no stopping spot upon pickup. About 5 minutes into the trip, the engine light also came on which is why we returned the car early for fear of breaking down. Not to mention, the empty light came on about 15minutes after we got in the car. What a joke! I’m not sure what quality assurance checks your company provides but there needs to be more regular checks completed with this vehicle in particular. Not only was the smell unbearable, as when we opened the car we were hit with the stench of cigarettes and needed to put not only ourselves but a baby in the vehicle but additionally the car was absolutely filthy with dust and grime. Dried food or something to that effect left on the dash, spilt drink marks/rings, cigarette ash and just general stains almost everywhere you looked. In fact, I’d like to request a refund as we were so disappointed with the state of the car and had to organise alternate transport for this evening as it was not in a drivable condition. Really disappointed to say the least.
