This car was thoroughly clean prior to this booking and as the renters photos show had more than a 1/4 of fuel. The car was returned smelling of smoke, had cigaret packet wrappers inside, ash on the seats, less than 1/4 tank of fuel, the borrower took no before and after photos, texted me continuously for pick up and drop off claiming that they didn’t have access to the app 🚩🚩🚩, upon drop off I was contacted by a second non CND driver trying to drop the car off on behalf of the borrower. The car was left unlocked over night until I was able to inspect the car. I would absolutely not recommend this driver. Very bad experience. I have evidence of all of these things and have shared this with CND who told me that this person will be suspended from this app.
