The borrower tried to scam. Borrowing for just an hour and mark as returned only to find out she didn't return until 3 hours late. She did the same thing before. The first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt as she probably did it by mistake. Later on, found out she was doing it in a repetitive manner. when reported to Uber carshare she changed her review from thumbs up to thumbs down but forgot that she marked all positive to give a thumbs down.
