Locating the car & accessing the lockbox was straightforward and simple thanks to the provided instructions. Hired the car to enjoy the convertible experience and it was spot on. Car exterior & interior was not as clean as I’d have my own car although didn’t overly affect my experience. Overall, would hire this car again when down in Melbourne.
