Helen was transparent, but she and family has COVID positive and is being self isolated. It is not right to lend the vehicle when someone is COVID positive as it is almost impossible to have a complete contactless car pickup and drop. I appreciate youall to support and please refrain from lending your vehicle too when you are positive. Other issues I found in the car: Mid row windows do not close 100% keeps rolling down Seat belts tighten and strangle be careful while u drive Car has a lot of dirty spots and rubbishes inside (I think the previous pick up person did a bad job too).

Car drives really well. Just note that the parking location of the car can be very tight. Best suited for confident drivers. The street location is also dark. Make sure to bring lights to view car condition well.

Appreciate being able to use Helen’s tarago again at short notice. I had to extend the trip due to an extended work period & it was very handy. Full tank of fuel & everything was fine.

Good car but a little more dirty than I expected, had lots of dog hair at the back.
